  Customer service is awful. This is the 3rd bad experience I've had with these and sadly I feel that they need to be published. They will NOT go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Another occasion I visited I simply wanted a photograph mounting and wrapping in film, I was told "well it's going to be next week, it is Christmas after all" It was a 5 minute max job! When ever visiting they are hardly rushed off their feet! Having a conversation or even smiling at customers would of probably made this experience more satisfying however sadly this time is the final straw for me. I was planning to use Atherstone gallery as a framing and mounting service for my professional photography, as I'm all in or helping small and local businesses, however this has sadly lost them my custom.
